You can not. 6 Pokemon per pack of 24 hours. Changing the clock will reset the games internal Registrar so it will start to 0, which means that I should wait 24 hours to migrate

Human PAL Park said that u can transfer not 6 pokemon per day. and U have to wait 24 hours to finish.
