Need to know if is true that every time I restart my computers my ip address changes since I am on a router? - banning someone from a netgear router

I was allowed to recover from wrong and would like eBay, but was told that if I will change my IP address to realize that I am trying to configure a new account, and I will be banned. Then they told me to change my IP address. I have a modem with an Ethernet cable, which is connected to a Netgear router. Since the router, an Ethernet cable connects the router to my office and use the wireless router for my laptop. I called Netgear and the guy told me there was nothing to fear and EACK time I restart my computer, I automatically get a new IP address as the connection through my router. Ip address.com I went and said the same thing for the # EACK, said it was the public, not the records of eBay and should not worry. EACK time I told my computer to restart my IP address so you can connect again without a flag in connection to ... Is that true?

I think I was suffering from a posterior pelvic pain and I manage to find help.
I have unbearable pain in her left hip and buttocks and I can barely walk. I have 38 weeks of pregnancy, which has in the past week or so, but that more and more painful. It's agony on the bed or climbing stairs.
I always work, but simply designed and can not really afford to give up next week.
